Open a close the menu using the Delete key
Press ESC (Escape) to enable show your mouse cursor
Click on the options and tabs to enable / disable features
If you don't have the insert key because of a small keyboard, you can use windows' on-screen-keyboard by pressing Win + CTRL + O
